This Shipping Policy explains how orders from Avela are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on this site, you agree to the terms described below.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays. During peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer, and Avela will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Shipping methods and delivery estimates
Standard shipping is the primary shipping method for most orders, and delivery times vary based on the destination and carrier. Once shipped, domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, but this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery window. Tracking information will be provided to you by email when available, so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside Avela’s control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, or operational issues. Avela is not responsible for carrier or customs delays but will support you with information needed to follow up with the carrier if necessary.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order total, shipping address, and any active promotions or free-shipping thresholds. Any applicable taxes or fees will also be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, Avela may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website or at checkout.
Shipping locations
Avela generally ships to addresses within the regions shown as available at checkout. If your shipping address is not supported, you will not be able to complete checkout for that location. Avela reserves the right to limit shipping to certain countries, states, or regions due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, or other reasons.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you may receive an email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your chosen shipping method. Tracking updates appear once the carrier scans your package into its system and may take some time to show movement, especially during busy periods.
Delivery issues and incorrect addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Avela is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, contact Avela as soon as possible; if the order has not yet shipped, Avela may be able to update the address, but this is not guaranteed.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for an extended period) or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier and then contact Avela with your order number and any relevant details. Avela will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may assist with submitting a claim to the carrier when appropriate, but Avela cannot guarantee a refund or replacement in every case, particularly when tracking shows delivery to the address provided.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, retain all packaging materials and take clear photos of the damage, then contact Avela promptly with your order number and photos so the issue can be reviewed. Where possible, Avela will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund in line with the Return & Refund Policy and carrier claim requirements.
Handling time and cutoffs
Orders placed after any stated daily cutoff time may be processed on the next business day. During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, handling time may be extended, and Avela will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes to typical processing times.
