Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Avela. If you need help with an order for our Organic Hibiscus Flower (hibiscus tea) or any other item, contact us at getnuvera@gmail.com before sending anything back.

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Because of safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products, including ingestible, consumable, health, wellness, or supplement-style items, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items marked as final sale are also not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, email getnuvera@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, because unauthorized returns may be refused.

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address by email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, and original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact getnuvera@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly.

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at getnuvera@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be canceled, but you can still contact us and we will review available options.

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions in this policy, including items returned opened, used, damaged after delivery, or without prior return approval. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law for items that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise not in conformity with your order.
